And a fresh approach for Langen Packaging Group

2014 will see us begin the next stage in the Langen Packaging Group’s long and successful history. From February 28th the company’s name, visual identity and key aspects of our approach to the market will change, as we continue to prepare to meet the challenges of a global market. The key factors driving this process of change are:

  • Consistency - Langen is proud of its joint West European and North American heritage, but we now need a single identity for all our operations around the world. We are one company and from 2014 on our corporate style will reflect this better.
  • Globalisation - Langen has opened new centres in Singapore and Thailand, with other locations due to come on stream in the near future. As a global player we need a brand that will reflect the ambitious growth plans we have in place.
  • The Group - Langen is part of Molins PLC, a global group with businesses focused on
delivering innovative technical solutions across a range of industries. To reflect our common aim of bringing exceptional value to our customers through strong partnerships, the Molins businesses are adopting a consistent new brand style across the Group.

Full details of the changes will be revealed at the end of January 2014, but the core principles are in place. Langen Packaging Group will change its name, while our corporate identity, in common with our sister companies, will change to reflect the new Molins Group brand.

From February 28th 2014 Langen will add a consistent, partner-focused, 21st century brand to an industry-leading range of equipment solutions, a global vision and 60 years of experience. We believe this is the recipe for future success and we look forward to sharing this with you. Look out for our launch announcement early next year.
